For our subsidiary ALBO Schlenk s.r.o. in Bojkovice / Czech Republic (approx. 70 employees), we are looking  for a plant manager (m/f/d) with a passion for process optimisation and the introduction of lean management and the desire to develop further within our company at the earliest possible opportunity.

Plant Manager (m/f/d) / Vedoucí závodu (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Management and organization of the entire production processes
• Implementation of lean management tools and continuous optimization of production processes
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality production
• Monitoring key production figures and deriving appropriate measures to improve performance
• Responsibility for achieving production targets while taking time, costs and quality into account
• Personnel planning, management and development in the production area

Our requirements

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in production management, preferably in the industrial sector
• Solid knowledge of lean management and experience in the implementation of corresponding projects
• Ability to develop, lead and motivate your future team
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness at all levels
• Fluency in Czech and English. Knowledge of German is desirable
• MS Office and SAP knowledge
